Adiwasi Satpuda Sikshan Prasarak Mandal , Dhardgaon Sanchalit, Maharaj Janadan Poharya Valvi Arts, Commerce and Shri Vishnu Krishna Kulkarni Science College, Dhadgaon,Dist. Nandurbar, was started 1992-93 to provide higher education to the students of tribal and hilly area.

It has aimed to make one graduate from each hamlet. Now a days it has Arts, Commerce and Science disciplines. The college has also aimed to bring the tribal students into the main streams of higher education. The students of the college came from hilly and tribal areas of the Satpuda mountain. The founder President Late. Janardan Baba Valvi had dreamt of starting a new college which came into reality in 1993. The students are pursuing the education in this college and it is the single college in the whole tehsil. Many sudents have succeeded in qualifying competitive examinations like MPSC, SET, TET and others. The college has maintained the quality of higher education. Many faculty members have achieved a great success in academic and research area. The college has the facilities of sports, library, laboratories and etc. for the tribal and other students. It is a great matter of pride for the college that it provides opportunities of higher education to the students for their social and economical development. The collages has various schemes like Earn and Learn Scheme, financial assistance to Economically Backward Students, Scholarships free ships and Book Bank facility. College also provides internet service and WiFi facilities to the students.

The Central Library of the College has rich treasure of books and reference books, and provides reading room facilities for the students and teacher also.
It is a matter of the fact that the faculty members of the college are always engaged in conducting remedial coaching classes for slow learners and advanced leaners, and competitive examination classes. The peer team of NAAC visited in December, 2004 and has appreciated our attempts and efforts of doing away Social and education work, but it had pointed out short comings in its observations. It is a great pride that we have overcome with all the observations and recommendations of the peer team. We are looking forward the grand success of our efforts.
